Candidate must possess at least Bachelor"s Degree, Master"s
Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering
(Mechanical) or equivalent.
Minimum 1015 years process equipment selling in Upstream,
Refinery, Chemical & Petrochemical industry.
Proven track record in achieving YoY sales growth with strong
penetration and success in Indonesia refinery segment.
Strong network of established contacts with decision makers /
influencers in end user (especially Refinery) and engineering
companies from Upstream, Refinery, Chemical & Petrochemical industry.
510 years' experience in managerial functions, with track record
in formulating and implementing business / strategic plan.
Experience working with international, multi ethical and cultural
Maintaining and managing current customers, identifying and
developing new business opportunities, mainly in the Oil and Gas,
Petrochemical and Chemical industries.
Achieve sales targets and maintain cost budgets
Manage and supervise team of Applications and Sales Engineers,
develop technical expertise and knowhow
Plan and ensure coordinated market introduction of new products
Maintain strong relationships to key customers, keeping excellent
sales and high customer satisfaction.
Prepare correspondence related to marketing work and projects
Prepare visiting schedules for visitors and support them.
Work closely with managers and engineers and corporate counterparts
in setting group and individual objectives within the framework of
overall strategies and provide guidance in the preparation of action
programs, budgets and controls.
Ensure that defined longterm and shortterm objectives, strategies
and plans are achieved.
