Candidate must possess at least Bachelor"s Degree, Master"s
Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales
Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.

Sales responsibility including Gross Profit for Country of
responsibility, with a focus on regional customers.
Maintain a good rapport with Customers, Sulzer Agents and
throughout Sulzer Indonesia, while developing existing and new sales
Deployment of business plans; devise, develop and monitor progress
of annual action plans, the achievement of which will contribute to
the fulfilment of Corporate / PE Divison Strategy and Country specific
Manage and communicate customer project opportunities, status and
actions via company systems and processes.
Coordination of global projects with other Sales & Tendering
offices to ensure optimum project alignment, as needed.
Manages the application of sales policies and ensures compliance
with Delegation of Authority (DOA), Tender / Order Authorization
(TOA), and company regulations.
Updates project information regularly in STARS and generates timely
and accurate Order Intake O12 month rolling forecast (12MRF) using
corporate tools (STARS / BI4U).
Prepares monthly performance report and commentary, supports the
analysis of market trends, competition activity and customer
strategies. Provides analysis for won / lost business reports and
recommended improvement actions.
Create a focus on results by meeting KPIs, targets and directing
functions and performance to fulfil both the midrange and annual
Follow up order intake, margin and profitability development at
country level in accordance with the agreed strategies and activity
plans. Implement corrective actions as required.
