TECHNICAL CALL CENTER MANAGER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring the smooth operations of a callcenter
Ability to handle escalated customers` feedbacks and complates
Ability to provide corrective actions during service lapses
Implement work flows and structures to support to new products and
perform ongoing service process analysis
Able to prepare business plans and prepare budgets
Must be completent in the planning of manpower resources
Able to assist in training & development
Preparing of management reporting

QUALIFICATIONS Networking and Security
Able to also assist in Hardware configuration
Has prior leadership experience is a MUST
has strong interpersonal and communication skilld
Able to be both critical and analytical
