Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Evaluate the performance of Phone Verification Agents

  • Review results from the QC (Quality Control) Team

  • Finalize overall collection performance, including agent-specific breakdowns

  • Compile performance reports for collections

  • Calculate incentives based on performance and established schemes

  • Prepare overtime proposals for the Phone Verification team and administrative support

  • Coach underperforming team members in Phone Verification

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Strong knowledge of collection processes

  • Good leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a team

  • Proficiency in interpreting control reports

  • Solid understanding of oversight, monitoring, and coaching

  • At least passive English proficiency

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

  • having experience as customer service Team leader or supervisor for at least 2 years
