Maintain accurate payroll data and records
-
Handle salary proposals and related data reporting
-
Calculate incentives accurately and efficiently
-
Ensure the confidentiality of all payroll information
-
Stay up to date on payroll laws and regulations
-
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues
-
Work closely with HR and finance teams
Syarat Pekerjaan
-
Bachelor degree in any major preferable from Psychology.
-
Min 1 year experience as a Payroll Staff.
-
Having strong knowledge about logistics, tax and labor law.
-
Problem solving and analytical skills.
-
Good communication, highly motivated, responsible, and having ability to work within the team.
-
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
-
Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
-
Familiarity with Google Sheet, Docs, Ms. Office.

Understand the calculations and provisions of BPJS Employment-Health, pph 21.
