Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Develop plans for business and development strategy

  • Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies

  • Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development

  • Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement

  • Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities

  • Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors

  • Provide suggestions, measures, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Handle business deals operations and activities

  • Oversee the implementation of different contracts

  • Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders

  • Create and present a detailed report for upper management

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 10 years of experience in the field of Mechanical Consultant, Mechanical Engineer or a related field

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant major with minimum GPA of 3.25

  • Deep understanding and experience on handling Electric Vehicles projects

  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence

  • Proficiency in Mandarin for business proposals is a plus

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities

  • Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion

  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia
