Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Create, install, configure, and maintain the IT infrastructure (software & hardware) for the company, including servers, networks, storage, and security. Ensure uptime and availability, monitor system performance and resolve problems.

  • Create a disaster recovery plan and a business continuity plan.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications and IT assets.

  • Analyze end-users’ needs and requirements, and provide solutions to meet company target.

  • Participate in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of software applications.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer science & information technology.

  • Fresh graduate or max. 2 years in related field.

  • GPA min. 3.25

  • Ability to provide technical support and resolve queries

  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks

  • Ability to determine IT needs and create IT plan

  • Ability documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics

  • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security

  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
