Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of Chef de Partie and Sous Chef

  • Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently

  • Obtain requitioned goods from the storeroom

  • Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges

  • Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order

  • Work according to standard recipes
