Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks under the guidance of the team.

  • Perform accurate data entry, file documents, and maintain records systematically.

  • Support the administrative team by undertaking various tasks as needed.

  • Conduct registration of company documents.

  • Classify documents and materials for the company.

  • Collaborate with the team to execute document distribution or delivery processes, coordinating with relevant units or vendors.


Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Min. Diploma Degree/Final year student in Administrative Studies, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize administrative tasks.

  • Ability to draft clear and concise emails, archive, and reports.

  • Adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Willing to work onsite at Citilink’s Head Office (Tangerang, Banten).
