Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare and propose Marine yearly work plan and budget and control its implementation.

  • Develop, recommend, review, and improve work system and standard operating procedure within Marine

  • Monitor and evaluate implementation of work system and standard operating procedure within Marine

  • Streamline procedural activities and information flows with updated standard operating procedures

  • Ensure the availability yearly and monthly of Barge & Vessel Plan and evaluate its implementation

  • Provide yearly work planning of Barge & Vessel refer to SOS plan

  • Provide procurement list related to Barge & Vessel planning i.e.: fuel, vessel, barge, tugboat, F/cranes, etc.

  • Evaluate yearly and monthly cost performance of Barge, Vessel and marine equipment

  • Revise Barge and Vessel Plan as number of requirement, cost and communicate to Marine Operation

  • Make all relevant barging contract and manage contract as agreed terms and conditions

Syarat Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marine Transport / Shipping Management, Marine Engineering, and or others (ie. Finance, Management, etc.)

  • Min. 3 years experiences on marine operation or business-related experience

  • Good knowledge of Shipping & Logistic Planner

  • Understanding whole business process of Coal Logistic Supply Chain, especially in Marine Logistic

  • Good Negotiations Skill

  • Fluent Communication in English (writing and verbal)

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office

  • Having Project Management & Report/Presentation skill
